On Sunday WEMOVE swapped boxes for boots, fragile tape for sock tape and happy customers for happy fans as they took part in the inaugural Isabel Baker Football Tournament at Two Rivers Meet.
As you’ll be aware, wemove’s main mission is to provide professional removal services across Bournemouth, Poole & Christchurch. In our spare time we love helping raise much needed funds for our good friends at The Isabel Baker Foundation.
Last Sunday saw Adam & friends kit up and take part in the first football tournament organised by the charity. Sporting a rather colourful Columbia away kit, they took part in 3 league matches, in 20 minute games of which they won all 3 (awaiting 5 star review on mad skills)
The final awaited, and after going 1-0 down, the pressure felt a little like when a customer exchanges and completes on the same day. The team kept their composure though and pulled back level, before going onto win 6-1.
It was a great day out for all the lads involved, and the total raised was over £500!
