From the enquiry and video walkthrough in February to the eventual move in July wemove were a pleasure to deal with, even with changing completion dates at the last minute. Will and and his team turned up when they said they would and made the day remarkably easy and comfortable with their professionalism and easy-going nature. The load of the old property was done in a couple of hours allowing us to clean behind them. This then saved us returning to the old property the next day to clean and then hand the keys back - bonus! At the other end unloading in to the new property was done just as efficiently and quickly, they dealt with our umming and erming as to where certain items should go (as we now have a garage we didn't previously have) with remarkable good grace. The unload again was done in a couple of hours. This is the first time we've used a removal company, and now I don't think we could go back to doing it ourselves. I'd absolutely recommend wemove, they're worth their weight in gold. Shout out to Gill, Helen, and Adam in the office too - all dealt with us at one point or another and they were patient, kind, and understanding. 10/10 from us, you made our move to our first home a wonderful experience, thank you!
