All of our team are trained to be able to handle furniture safely without damage to themselves or your goods or property. It is very common in our industry to use agency staff, but we don’t. This means that we have control over the quality of the workmanship we deliver. It’s important our staff are technically competent, but more than this we only employ people with positive can-do attitudes. They are friendly, engaging and care about making sure your move day is stress free.

As we operate in an unregulated industry, we don’t require any formal accreditation or vetting to be able to trade. However, we believe to provide a professional removal service, we need to be accountable for delivering a certain level of workmanship.

Equipment

Most people don’t realise the value of their goods until they move, so we work hard to make sure they are protected.

We use a range of prestige covers to protect your items against damage. We also have additional covers for tv’s, pictures and items like tabletops.

Lastly, we use mattress protectors as standard at no additional cost.

Whilst our skilled workers usually ensure things go without any issues, they are only human right? With that in mind we have the very best insurance via a removals specific broker to cover your goods against any accidental damage.
